In-Home Delivery Policy
Delivery Area
At this time, we only offer delivery within Maine and New Hampshire.
For delivery outside of these states, please email us at shop@fioreinteriors.com for a custom shipping quote.
Delivery Process
Delivery times and fees may vary depending on the item and your location.
We price our delivery services competitively—comparable to big-box retailers.
Our professional delivery team will:
- Deliver your furniture to your home
- Unpack and place it in the desired space
- Assemble the furniture (e.g., set up beds, connect modular sofas)
- Remove and haul away all packaging materials
Please note: Our team cannot attach items to walls.
Scheduling
Deliveries are scheduled through our warehouse at a time that is convenient for you. You’ll be contacted directly to coordinate the date and time.
Lead Times
Special order furniture lead times vary. Please contact us for details about specific items.
- USA-made upholstered furniture: 4–8 weeks
- Select wood furniture: 2–4 weeks

Delivery Fees
- Orders under $999: $195
- Orders over $999: $279
- Warehouse Pickup: FREE - You may also choose to pick up your order for free from our warehouse.
Refund and Returns Policy
We do not accept any returns or exchanges at this time.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Once the item(s) has gone into production and/or has left the vendor's warehouse, item(s) can not be returned, replaced, or modified.
